Okay so i love my parents. because they love max. and this is the first time in years that we actually sat around the christmas tree to open gifts on christmas morning. don't get me wrong--i love my parents. And to be quite honest my sisters and I didn't really mind that we weren't huge christmas celebrators. but it's still fun to do it once in a while :)

max got me my very own stocking with my name on it! and a super cute northface hat (which was put to good use once we got to the 5 degree weather in utah...)
{story--we went christmas stocking shopping around thanksgiving time and i was so distraught. because there were so may cute stockings with names on them, but obviously none of them had "jeehee" embroidered on them...so my sweet hubby got one just for me!}

We also went to see Les Mis after lunch that day. it was crazy packed! It was a great movie, but it was so sad the whole time...It's definitely not a movie I'd like to pop in every other day. but a good, once-in-a-really-long-time movie
